Reporting Violations

Videomobile S.r.l. has adopted an internal procedure for receiving and managing reports, in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 24/2023.

The procedure allows individuals to report actual or potential breaches of national or European Union legislation, as well as conduct that may undermine the public interest or the integrity of the Company.

Who can make a report

Where provided for by law, the internal reporting channel may be used by:

• employees;

• collaborators;

• self employed workers;

• consultants;

• suppliers;

• trainees;

• volunteers;

• shareholders;

• individuals carrying out administrative, management, control or supervisory functions.

What can be reported

Reports may concern conduct, acts or omissions relating, by way of example, to:

• offences relevant under Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001;

• corruption and dealings with the Public Administration;

• breaches of health and safety regulations;

• cybercrime and privacy breaches;

• corporate, tax or environmental offences;

• fraud, money laundering and conflicts of interest;

• breaches of laws, regulations and Company procedures.

How to make a report

The documentation provided requires the use of separate forms for:

• the whistleblower’s personal details;

• the contents of the report.

The forms must be placed in sealed envelopes, in accordance with the instructions set out in the protocol, and sent by registered post marked “Confidential to the Whistleblowing Manager” to the following address:
